Shipping policy
At Loom Home Textiles our aim is to ship your products in a quick, safe, and efficient manner.
Processing your order:
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 7 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Kannur. However, the duration of the shipping may differ if:
- The quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style.
- The item ordered is under production.
Should this happen, we will keep you informed promptly.
Update On Deliveries:
As per the guidelines set by the Government of India, we will now be able to deliver both essential as well as non-essential products in Green, Orange and Red zones. While our services have resumed for these zones, we will be able to deliver only essential products in the containment zones.
Our dedicated associates are making all efforts to provide the products and services our customers need at this time. Please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location take longer than usual. While placing an online order, remember to check if the pin code for your location is serviceable.
